Exchange & Returns

You are able to exchange for another size, store credit or request a refund if the garment is returned at the buyers expense strictly within 10 working days for Australian customers and 20 working days for International customers of the date your order leaves Powderpuff HQ. The customer must first contact Powderpuff to notify us that the garment is being returned.

Powderpuff takes no responsibility for postage times.  If your return arrives outside of the return period, it will be immediately marked 'return to sender' and posted back to you.  Any queries on postage times, please email info@powderpuffboutique.com.au before you send your return item/s.

Items to be exchanged or refunded must be returned in perfect condition, (undamaged, dirt and make-up free, and odour-free).  If the return item/s do not meet these conditions, it will be posted back to you via the most economical method.

The customer is to pay the additional postage to have their exchange returned to them, either via paypal or Australian customers, via bank deposit.  Or pop a pre-paid addressed satchel in with your return that'll suit your exchange, whatever will work best for you.

If you do not wish for an exchange or store credit for your item, you may request a refund.  There is a $15 admin fee on each garment refunded to be returned to stock.  The original postage cost will be deducted from your refund along with the admin fee. The admin fee only applies to refunded items, there is no charge for exchanges or store credits.

Please note: There are no refunds or exchanges on custom orders and some 'on sale' items that are being discontinued. Please enquire before purchase to check if the item you wish to purchase will be valid for an exchange or refund if you are unsure.
